Long Haru was born on October 23, 1998 in Heilong Jiang, China to a couple whos' names are undisclosed. She has a older brother, and an older sister named Zhilan.

Long Haru joined Hello!Project Foreigners.

2014

Long Haru was a finalist in Happy Jikan Ninth Generation Auditions ~Ichiban Onna 2014~.

August 13, alongside Rei Meifei, it was announced that Long was one of the two winners of the Ninth generation auditions.
