October 29, She was signed under Up-Front Agency.
November 1, Tsunku revealed to the public that she was signed under Up-Front Agency October 29. Tsunku also revealed that she was the elder sister of Reana from Believe! Morning Musume and that she will be working as BMM's Makeup artist and fashion designer. She will also perform in some of the lives of BMM. She is also going to work as an actress.

It was recently announced that Lala will finally release her debut single on January 30 titled 100% Perfect Boy and is inspired by Haruki Murakami's short story titled On Seeing The 100% Perfect Girl One Beautiful April Morning.
Lala's thoughts on the song: It's really amazing who we probably just pass by everday, and not take notice of be someone who could've been super significant later on- you never know. It's a huge 'what if'.
February 22, Lala will again release a single on March 2 entitled People Will... and is inspired by a quote. During a short interview Lala sings a short part of the song.
